1. Order Lead Time

All orders require a minimum of 3 days lead time from the date of confirmed payment. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment Policy

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been verified by Sugarcoat Bake House. Unverified payments within 24 hours of order placement may result in automatic cancellation. Please reach out to us.

3. Cancellation & Modifications

All types of orders are non-refundable once production has started. For any modifications or sudden changes (e.g. design, additional items, flavor adjustments), please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are only possible if production has not yet begun.

4. Product Disclaimer

All products are prepared with care, ensuring freshness and safety. Designs may vary slightly from reference images due to the artisanal nature of our baked goods. Minor variations in color, size, and detailing are normal and do not constitute a defect.

5. Allergen Notice

Our products are made in a Studio Kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please indicate any allergies in the Special Instructions field.

6. Delivery

Delivery fees are separate and will be charged by the third-party courier (Lalamove or Grab Express). Sugarcoat Bake House is not liable for delays, damages, or losses that occur during third-party courier delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details.

7. Pickup Orders

Pickup orders must be collected on the agreed date and time. If you anticipate any delays, kindly inform us as soon as possible so we can assist you. We cannot guarantee product quality beyond the scheduled pickup time.

8. Storage & Freshness

Our products are best consumed within 3–5 days of delivery. For best taste and texture, please follow these storage guidelines:

• Cookies — store at room temperature in an airtight container.
• Cakes — keep refrigerated and bring to room temperature before serving.
• Brownies — store at room temperature in an airtight container.

Personal information collected through this form is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary for delivery fulfillment.
